Great Dane Helicopters is based at Haverfordwest Aerodrome. This is one of the most professional and welcoming airfields around and is ideally situated for helicopter flight training. Great Dane Helicopters share the training facilities with Haverfordwest School of Flying (Fixed Wing). Where access can be gained to all pertinent CAA and JAA documentation and excellent briefing room facilities.

With regard to accommodation, there is a very good Bed & Breakfast located next to the airfield priced at around £10 per night that has proved very popular with students in the past.
There are also many other B&Bs, hotels and holiday campsite facilities in the area, naturally varying in quality and price. The Regency town of Tenby is also nearby.

Most people fall in love with Pembrokeshire, very quickly.
