Having obtained your helicopter license, either PPL or CPL, you will now wish to put it to use and enjoy flying for fun with friends or family. Great Dane Helicopters provide a Self Fly Hire service for both the Hughes / Schweizer 300C and Enstrom F28 helicopter types at very competitive rates. The only conditions are that the pilot must have a current class 1 or class 2 medical, be current in type and, should he or she have not flown with Great Dane Helicopters in the past 28 days, take a quick check ride with an instructor.
